Do NOT trust this people!! They put the staples too close to my dog's urethra, causing him to get a terrible infection, a huge bladder, he went into emergency surgery to save his life, he almost died over thier carelessness. I went into their office to pick up a copy of the release form I had signed, and the lady behaind the counter slammed the copy of it down and she began this yelling spree and screaming at me that I how dare I go in there w/ that attitude (which even if I did have an attitude, there supposed to be professionals) and she threatened thatif I didnt leave right then she was going to have me arrested! I am now having to contact the BBB and consumer protection agencies as well as local newspapers, channels, whatever I can to set the record straight. They mess up my dog and basically tell me to go to hell, they WILL pay for this!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: filthy conditions, poor work, anger issues
