My 2006 745i BMW. It is still under warranty, but it doesn't cover the maintenance warranty. My car was due for a service, and the BMW dealership was way too high. I began to look on the internet for some BMW shops, near my area, and ran across BMW Repair I called a few places before I called BMW, but when I spoke with Ron he seemed so pleasant, and patient in the questions I asked, so I thought I'd give him a try. To my pleasant surprise, everyone seemed to be very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable, and safe with bringing my car there, The place was very clean, and I was given a lot of advice and information in regards to my vehicle. The service was quick, and the price was very reasonable. What I liked most of all, was that they didn't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They checked everything out for me, even some things I thought I might need, Ron told me I didn't. It's rare you find a repair shop, that doesn't try to rip you off. I now have found a reliable, trust worthy repair shop the first time around. Thanks Ron for your honesty!
