I should have looked them up on the Better Business Bureau (where they have 9 complaints, as of today) before going in. Routine brake pads needed, should be in the neighborhood of $500. Called me back saying the Mini needed $1,500 worth of work; it only has 18,000 miles on it and was just serviced! When I went to get the car, he had all of the wheels off and refused to put them back on until he was paid $200 for the ""Free"" quote. Shoddy and unethical business practices. I wish I have paid more notice to how the dates of the ""good"" reviews are all clumped together. Clearly faked. Unless money and honestly are not issues for you, absolutely no good can come from bringing your car to ""Rotten"" Ronny at Autotech International in Culver City. Cons: Dishonest, Bait & Switch, Overpriced
