Review content:
Being a huge French Dip aficionado makes me a harsh critic of those establishments that claim to serve the finest of this only grail of roast beef entrees. When I stopped in for dinner one night I was expecting only to be lulled to death by the typically mediocre attempt of my favorite dish which I still loyally order at each restaurant I visit for the first time. I ordered the French dip and a Cesar salad. I was pleasantly surprised at the enormous portion sizes but I was even more so surprised at the amazingly delicious French dip. You have to eat this sandwich with both hands as the high quality beef is piled high between wonderfully absorbent roll. The au jus is honestly the best I?ve ever had. The sandwich is also served with a horseradish mayo that enhances the salty flavors. I wouldn?t be a true aficionado if I didn?t share this with others looking for an expert crafted French Dip. Kudos to the chef you?ve won my loyalty. Kudos also to the wonderful waiter who took the initiative to pack my to-go box with extra au jus.=D
Pros: french dip
