Businiess name:  Umbrella Properties

Review content:
I asked Umbrella Properties what the occupancy laws are for a 1 bedroom apartment. They told me to talk to the manager. Yet I needed to know this information cause I had not decided where to live. The woman would not tell me and acted like they had no rentals. This was at the Coburg office. I eventually had to go somewhere else. I later found out through a couple I know that this management company does not like to inform people who come into their office on anything. They are suspicious if any one asks for information about the rules for tenancy in Oregon. Not good. If you are going to trust your money and residency to a management company they need to keep you informed before you rent. What do you have to hide? I am not trying to do any wrong to you.
