I love to go to KOR. My two daughters starting training with Chris over a year ago, and when they talked about her, I liked what I heard, so when New Years rolled around, I knew I had to try it out for myself, because I had disciplined myself to lose 30 pounds, but had 60 more to go, and I was stalled. I knew I needed help. I never thought I would go to a ""trainer's gym"" and have belonged to my Y for years, hardly ever going, and then stressing immensely about my weight increasing slowly over time, and feeling like I was on a lonely campaign to go nowhere. Although I was nervous about going into a specialized gym with one person working with me, and being in my 50s, Chris made me feel totally comfortable, and I started really feeling good, getting stronger, and facing my eating issues without having anyone tell me exactly what to eat. Now our family is taking the prize for most individuals registered at KOR! Other gym members and trainers are extremely friendly and supportive, without any pretensions, and one of my favorite aspects is Damien, the welcome person, who has shared much with me, and gives us all daily affirmations to carry us through. I am so happy I found such genuine people to help me. Although KOR is expensive for me, I feel I'm buying years for myself....maybe it's better than my 401K! HEY HEY!!! THANKS EVERYONE!! LOVE YOU! Pros: Very comfortable for all - productive atmosphere
