I went to Urgent Care in Erlanger with a broken calcaneus (heel). You could clearly see that it might be broken because it was green and very swollen, not to mention I couldn't put any pressure on it. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room. Then I was escorted to another room to where i had to wait some more.This place took 3 X-rays of my foot and then came back and told me everything was fine and sent me on my merry way. One or two days later they called me back and told me it might be broken and I should go to The Commonwealth Orthopedic Center and get a CAT scan on my foot. Well, I forgot to bring my X-rays with me so the C.O.C took four X-rays of my foot and you could tell that it was clearly broken in two places.. Either Urgent Care is ignorant and doesn't know how to do their job, or they are using pre-historic equipment. I never got the CAT scan that Urgent Care suggested I get, just an X-ray. In my opinion this place is just a meat market and a waste of money because I still got charged for the X-rays that didn't prove squat. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would suggest the Urgent Care care in Florence,KY or just waiting it out and seeing a doctor whenever you can get an appointment. This was a total waste of time and money.\r
Cons: The wait and inaccuracy.
