So, I'm in desperate need of a job and like most over qualified smart folks do, they get the on the ball and search for the fastest sure thing in obtaining employment and beating the status quo mass of others making a B-line to the unemployment lines, but instead to classifieds. Not to mention the pressures of having my 1st born child months from breathing her 1st breath of polluted air. Anyways, I must mention that I am a man of great character and ambition. I was on my way to becoming a police officer, taking required tests while still slaving to make as much money as possible during a few short weeks for this ""nice lady."" There was a dispute on my very over worked and underpaid behalf over hours that I still have not been paid. Not knowing that my dispute was being handled by the owner of this temp service, she seemed offended that such a claim could exist. I with above average diplomacy tried to explain with sincerity that my dispute is valid without doubt. She replied, ""If we owe you money, you will get it!"" I never got ""it"", but I get ""it"" now! The system is faulty and the responsibility of recording the hours of its employees are handled by irresponsible and dishonest, lame individuals(supervisors) If you intend to work here, please keep track of your hours worked and make sure to sign off on them afterwards.
Pros: Quick Hiring Process...almost no documentation needed... Illegals welcome!
Cons: Become under paid and overworked...
