Review content:
In todays market, where clerks grunt , instead of talking with customers, I truly have found a diamond in the rough. Thinking I needed a new exhaust system, I went online to find the closest dealer. Called Bob at one of the major installers, and he obviously was"" way"" too busy to listen to my questions and concerns. Needless to say, that ruled him and his company out right then. My next call was to His & Hers on Laskey. I spoke with Jason, who really listened to me and my situation. Even though the drive was almost 30 minutes from my home, I figured dealing with them was worth it. They proved me right. As it turned out, there was just a minor problem with the car, and they fixed it at a very minimal charge. Another technician there, asked if he could put my front license plate on, as it was too difficult for me to do. He didn't have to be asked or paid, he just did it becasue it needed to be done. That is real customer service. Those of us over a certain age can remember a time when good customer service meant something. Obviously these guys know the importance of it, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
Pros: Polite, Professional and Fair Prices
Cons: None that I encountered
