Review content:
We went there because Olive Garden was VERY busy and noticed that they were not. Waited only 6 minutes for a booth. The server offered us wine as it taisted great but after looking at the other wine prices 9.00 for a glass or 6 for a half is a joke. Other nicer places have some of the same wine for a cheaper per glass price. We ordered the Camella's Chicken dish and the Pork Chop. Presentation was great for the pork chop but it was under cooked and the Camella's Chicken dish lacked in sauce and in chicken. The server did address the manager whom we guessed as the Front of the house. He seemed very nice and apologized and addressed the kitchen. That is when the meal turned sour. He decided to be rude and loud enough for everyone to hear and felt that he shouldn't remake the dish or add more sauce to it or even a little bit of chicken. COME ON!!!!! I have never heard a manager pretty much call us rude and made us feel like we didn't have a clue. I can see why they were not busy with food like that and service from a MANAGER like that. NO THANKS. At least our server was nice and very polite. I will never go in there again due to the lack of leadership and due to the fact that we just wanted to have a good evening with a great meal and because we asked for a little bit of chicken it made a huge scene. We will stick to DENO's at least they are more family oriented and wont get upset if we ask for things.
