Lolas response about that RAMILEK :
First of all, the comment that she wrote is totally false.
1., She waited 50 min. because the rotisserie chicken was still cooking in the oven and she wanted to wait for it.
2. She ordered Pancita (Honeycomb) too and we never had any complaint in our 8 years, about the salt in that dish.
3. We put the money back same day, maybe she didnt check her bank activities statements clearly (we have the voucher with us as a proof)
4. if she decide not to come it is ok with us because we don't want to have rude customers.
