5 stars isn't enough! Erika could NOT have been nicer and more understanding when we introduced our ""baby"" Gracie to her and her dogs. Gracie isn't the most socialized of dogs and isn't receptive of strangers right away but through Erika's patience and warm attitude towards her, she was fine. After two warm-up days of doggy daycare for her to get used to not being with us for a long weekend, we dropped Gracie off at Erika's on the way to the airport. When my wife picked her up, it was as if she'd only been away from us for a day.\r That was the personal side. This is the professional side.....Erika has a warm and gentle demeanor that the dogs understand and I believe appreciate considering what could be an uncomfortable situation. She has dogs of her own who also get into the act of welcoming your pet. Because she takes care of different breeds, she separates them by size until everyone is comfortable before mixing them together, another way of making the dogs feel comfortable. I guarantee if you take your dog(s) to Erika, you can go away without any worries.\r Thank you Erika! To you and your puppies. We now have a place that we can place our baby when we need to without wondering whether someone is paying any attention to her.
