I have never seen anything like this. I am in Retail and while I understand sales people say what they have to in order to make a sale in this case the issue is what was not told to me. They sold me a car they did not have the title to. Then they gave me the run around telling me at least three different stories instead of the truth. They have lied to me so many times I have lost count. I can't get anyone to give a straight answer or to call me back. I have never in my life expierenced worse customer service. These people are shady and nobody should be subjected to such poor treatment, especially after giving them $20,000 of business! \r

There are enough good dealerships out there - go to one where you will get proper customer service and stay as far away from the shady people at Central Ford in Plainfield CT as you can.
