I recently came to chapel hill tire to get only a few things done to my car. When I showed up there I told the repair guy EXACTLY what I wanted. Nothing more-nothing less. He calls me back later that afternoon with an outrageous estimate for what I needed to get done. He had charged me over 200 dollars for things I didn't even need! And then they have the nerve to tell me that that's what I did ask to get done to my car. I may be a woman but I am not stupid. I ended up having to pay for it because they had already done the work. I feel cheated and used and I would never recommend them to anyone I know. They may look like they have great customer service on the outside but it's a shocking truth when you find out how they take people for their money.
