Review content:
General Contractor Francis Alwill got repair jobs in my house. I first hired him for small repairs. he is very easy to get a hold of and to negotiate. Reasonable price and professional job guaranteed!! I had other general contractors, handy men, and plumbers for repairs but now I call only Francis Alwill whenever I have some problems at home.
He also replaced heating ducks and old pipes in the kitchen. He installed a drywall in the garage. He remodeled my master bedroom.
He showed up on time. I did not know that I had to get a permit for the roof. He scheduled city inspection before & after the job in a timely manner and he provided me the permit when the job was completed. He did not charge me any extra money. I got the city permit right away.
His crew members were professional and did all the jobs on time.
Whenever I have some problems with my house, I feel comfortable giving him the job. I refered him to my friends and they all love him.
I highly recommand him for any repairs!
