AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES AND MONEY. I hired this man to construct a monolithic slab on my property. We both signed a contract for the job to be completed within 30 days The contract stated that the total would be $3500.00 and that I would give him $2500.00 upfront for materials which I was told by others was normal. Almost 2 months later and out $2500.00 all I have is a partially finished footing that has since become overgrown with weeds. Now I will have to try to get my money back through the court system and hire someone else to straighten out the mess he made, which will probably cost more than the highest bid would have been to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!
