They arranged a last minute (next-day!) move quickly - I told them what I needed moved and the guy gave me what turned out to be a fairly accurate time estimate over the phone. My HOA also required a proof of insurance for the building and they faxed it over the same day - very routine for them. I was surprised that they agreed to move my huge upright piano, but the 3 guys who came had no problems with it! They were in and out of my old apartment in less than an hour and quickly got through afternoon traffic to unload at the new place, they also provide wardrobe boxes for your hanging clothes as a courtesy, so you don't have to pack those until they get there!
