After deciding to get a Home Security System, I did extensive research on what was available locally. The reviews for Reliable Home Security were persuasive so I called and within a day, Jake had come came to assess my situation. A few hours after that, Sam was installing the system, at no charge. He didn't leave until he was sure that I understood how to operate it. Ashley manages the front desk and is always there to answer questions. I have never been put on hold when contacting this company. I would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, response time and fair pricing..
