Review content:
Let’s see if I can make a very long and painful story short. 4 or 5 weeks ago I traded in my 2010 Dodge Challenger. The Sales force was VERY happy to add that to their inventory. Since the deal was done and I drove off in my new car, I have had to come back 5 times to their dealership. I very much doubt their service departments “Inspections” as my new vehicle leaked fuel like a submarine with screen doors. The answer I got was “No Warranty”.. Ok.. My vehicle has developed several other problems and I get the same BS answer. It also appears their finance department lacks the necessary skills to complete a sale. Thinking it’s now a done deal, I get a call from Wells Fargo asking where my payment is for my 2010 Challenger. You would think after 4 to 5 weeks this would have been something they (Towbin) would take care of. Now after leaving several un answered calls to person less voice mail, I need to make yet another trip down to the Dealership. I am not saying they are bad.. But they lack the personal touch for after sale. I know Towbin is about the # of sales they do, but I will never be part of their numbers again.
