First off how is it even possible to have had the claimed ""15,000 inspections?"" That is 11 inspections a week for 25yrs! Impossible! A home inspector that is also a building contractor? HUH! I should have known better. Received my ""home inspection"" on a typed up word document that was hardly legible & just a cluttered mess! Very rude & unprofessional and seemed to be in with the realtor and not interested in my concerns or questions! \r
I should have done a little more research before choosing a home inspector in the area but was limited on choices. In the end I did receive my inspection but it was not what I was expecting.
Pros: Quick response and scheduling
Cons: Rude, discourteous and abrasive
