I was in the market for a reliable vehicle which is very much needed for my company and a sales rep w this company contacted me. They said they had what I was looking for and came to my home to pick me up and take me to their lot (mind you I stay about 1 hour from their location), once again I let them know EXACTLY what I was looking for and he said that they would take care of me. After arriving at the lot and completing some paperwork I was able to take a look at what they had to offer.... if I had the choice I wouldn't be interested in ANYTHING that they had however I needed a vehicle asap. Almost ALL of their vehicles has a HORRIBLE smell & was not well kept AT ALL! I picked the vehicles that I would be interested in and out of ALL 9 of them he said only 1 would work for my situation. I test drove a 2001 Explorer Sport and the vehicle drove horrible during the 5 minutes I was able to drive before the salesman told me he would drive bcuz I drove too slow. I did not like this vehicle AT ALL, it was falling apart and it felt as if it was pulling. My mother told the salesman we were not giving them a down payment for the vehicle until our mechanic took a look and all hell broke loose! He was fussing at us while driving like a maniac and made us feel VERY uncomfortable. When we got back to the lot he jumped out of the car, slammed the door and basically left us there standing. We had our 3 yr old child w us along w a car seat and walked across the street to get off of their lot. We ended up paying $100 to take taxi back home. This had to be THE WORST experience when purchasing a vehicle, we've NEVER been treated so badly. DO NOT conduct business w this company, they're RUDE and has a horrible vehicle selection at HIGH prices!!!
