Physical Impact is one of the leading places for fitness in the longview/ Kelso area. They have a large staff that is always willing to help you with diet and exercise information as well as locker rooms and a drink bar for those high pep energy drinks and nutritional shakes. There gym is always clean and is fully packed with all of the equipment you could ever need from free weights to nautilus.
