Review content:
After advice from another company, we turned off our furnace to avoid worsening an oil leak. We called B&E after 5pm for an estimate and were scheduled the very next day. \r

B&E's technician could see no leak whatsoever but did see a loose duct that needed to be taped up, which he did for no additional charge. If the issue happens again, we're welcome to call B&E back and without another service-call fee for the same issue. What could have been an $800 rip-off turned out to be a minor problem, and converted us into loyal customers of B&E. Their website states the company provides ""honesty . . . and high ethical standards"" and they've proven it to us.
