I am a client of Russ Barnes but apparently his assistant Kathy takes care of his clients and she does not know 1 thing about what is going on with our case. Been tying to contact someone in the office to help since I am an out of state client but keep getting the same answer ""someone will contact me"". It has been 4 months since I have been trying to get an answer for my case or any updated information and have not heard one word from anyone in the office. Horrible customer service on Kathy's part. Wish I went to a different lawyer but do not want to start from scratch. Hopefully I can save another person from making my mistake and go to a different lawyer.
