Review content:
The customer service here is horrible. We purchased a pump, which cost almost $200 and was told there was a warranty that came with it (the price of the pump was about $50 more than market - which we justified the higher price due to the warranty that we were told came with it). The warranty was to replace the pump if it went out. No further information was given about this warranty, when we asked for documentation from the sales person, the sales person said it would be honored, and it is in their computer system, all we needed was the receipt. Well, the pump went out and we took it back to have it replaced, they literally laughed and told us they would not honor their warranty, the sales person actually said ""my bad"" when asked why we were not told of the stipulations up front at the time we purchased the pump. We then spoke to the manager, who was just as hostile and unfriendly and proceeded to hurl insults at us. This was not our first visit to them. We also rented (for a day) from them a carpet cleaning machine, which was raggedy and in poor condition. This place is HORRIBLE, their prices are inflated and they treat customers with hostility if there is ever a conflict.
