I am an out of state owner who has two properties in NC in your company s hands. My experience has been great. First and foremost I would like to give praise to Tina and Christie for both being professional, personable, and being a pleasure to work with. They are definite benefits to your team. I was more impressed with your company s effiecientcy and really like the use of technology eg: online income statements, balance sheet reports, cash flow reports, and the use of electronic communication.
