We took our kitten to this nice new facility for a standard procedure. The front staff was very unprofessional, had to re enter my data in the computer 3 diffefrent times & then weighed my kitten wrong. My husband & I felt uneasy when we dropped our kitten off; instead of going with our gut feeling (we thought we were just overreacting), we left our kitty anyway \r
The next day, we received a phone call from a tech that not only had bad news but no sympathy in the delivery of it. They overmedicated our healthy kitten due to the wrong weight entered & killed her! \r
If you love your pet, please research & don't take your pet here
Cons: Irresponsible & Careless staff!!
