I cannot express how touched I was when I picked up the Stamp Jerry(the master craftsman and the owner) had made for me. I ordered a most inexpensive Rubber Stamp from him and the information was sent to him at around 2pm via email and I did not expect to get it the same day considering the short notice. Around 2 and half hour later I got the call from Jerry that the rubber stamp was ready! When he handed over the stamp to me, he said that the only wooden-handle rubber stamp he had left has slight crack on the handle, so he made me a self-ink one for me which would be 11 dollars more than the one I had ordered. But he said that he would only charge me for the same amount as the wooden-handle one!!! --Let along the quality of the stamp it self is absolutey A+++.
Bottom line is, I am grateful that I ran into a business that has been run with honor code. As my own business grows, I will do more business with Jerry as people like him is hard to come by!!!!
