Last night ny a/c broke at 8:30pm so i called Universal Air and Heat. A young gentleman answered the phone and told me some one would be outright away. I Thought to my self there is no way they would be out in a timly manor for the amount of the serv call he was charged. Sure Enough someone was out with in 1 hour of me calling and fixed my a/c within 45 mins.\r
