Promises to include a vent in the kitchen, as ceiling in location has an opening. \r
Marlon, apparently the manager, does not comply with his word to include vent in price as he told a 70-year-old lady he was including in the contract. Customer, my mother, does not speak English and believes him when he says he wrote it in English in the contract.\r
After asked to add vent, says vent is an additional $75. Vendor does not send tech to add vent. \r
When calling office, a young lady, says Marlon is having lunch at 10.30 in the morning - hard to believe he is not pretending to be out of office.\r
After several calls, no one in the office is able to assist. When I asked to speak to owner she says he is hardly around. \r
Don't use this company because if things don't go smooth, they will give you the run around. If you use them because their employees are bilingual, they will lie to you. \r
