They did not complete my project for over six months. I had to hold back payment although that didn't stop them from pulling my credit card # and charging the balance due without my authorization. I had to engage Visa to challenge the charge. A few months later they came back and finished the job finally and I released payment in full. Just when I thought it was finally resolved, a month later they overcharged me an additional amount - again to my credit card without my authorization. It took me another 3 months to resolve this with Visa. Its been a year and these folks are still causing me frustration. I would have paid double to anyone than deal with these people again. What ever you do, don't give them your credit card number.
