I had a very unusual watch, a Lumix Compass Watch. I wore it through 3 deployments to the middle east. It broke on my last deployment. I sent it back to the only authorized dealer in the US in Rhode Island. They sent it back to me, saying it couldn't be fixed. They said Luminox doesn't make parts for that anymore. They even offered me a discount on a newer version. That would have cost me $800. I googled watch repair in Tampa, saw what people said and called them up. I explained the situation and they said they would take a look at it. They fixed it and saved me $800!!!! They were very fair on the repair price (under $80) and explained to me what to look out for in the future. I am recommending them to everyone I can. Dont throw away any watch, let these guys take a look at it.
Pros: They seem to be able to fix anything that ticks.
Cons: None that i dealt with.
