they have and insist on a cancellation policy - but it is only valid for the hospital! no problem for them to cancel an appointment within hours notice (twice in three weeks!).\r
complete disrespect of patients - from receptionists to doctors. attictude is ""we are the best, we have the business anyway - why would we care"".\r
facilities need renovation, so does their customer service.\r
if you want to do yourself a favor, chose another hospital!
