As a first-time customer; I was very pleased with the warm welcome I received from Jeannie, who helped me with making a same-day appointment and greeted me when I arrived at the salon. These are genuinely nice people at Tangles who want you to be happy. I received great service from Carrie who gave me a cut and color. I am especially happy with the color she used, which is an organic, non-toxic hair color product that results in soft, pretty shades; and there was no burning or stinging from the product. That was vital to me as I have a sensitive scalp and have avoided allover color in the past for this reason. I am so pleased to have found Tangles Salon and will definitely return.
