I have been going to Tangles for over 16 years and I have had the same stylist for that many years, Lyn! She is wonderful. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and also helps you make decisions about the syle of cut and of color you should have. Never pushy. Always agreeable and always willing to work with hours and timeframe. I have lots of people always telling me that I spend to much for my cut and color etc.. but I tell them that it is all worth it to me and that I would never change because I don't trust anybody with my hair except for Lyn. My daughter got her first perm with Lyn when she was a youngster and now is 23 and also will not trust anybody with her hair. Although I dont go as often as I should, when I do I dont stress about anything because I know that I will love my hair when I am done. My husband doesn't care to much for me spending money in general, but when I tell him I am going to Tangles for my hair day, he smiles because he knows that he will just love my look. Kudos to Tangles and to all the stylist that make it worth going there.
Pros: Professional, Nice and Very Very Friendly
Cons: Parking. It was easier before they built the Lofts next door, now its harder to find parking
