2800 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33065\r stopped in day prior, for vente latte. asked for mocha powder at dry bar - told they didn't have a container, at the time, to put the huge container of powder they had under the bar, in. may I take some out - 'no prob.' ps - tipped the c h a n g e of 10$, for one latte. great staff - that first day. Though there "were" 3-containers of powder on the side bar - if one was a duplicate, could'nt we wash it out, and put mocha powder in it ?\r next day - same time - same staff. (*)two new faces present - one taller, black glasses, darker hair (manager appearing?), other, semi facial hair(youthful, young, just growing in hair) go-tee(?). again, when I got to the side bar, and saw no powder, I went back to the counter, and asked for moca powder: "no we don't have any" = taller, dark hair (manager?). didn't appreciate being lied to - every employee knew, there was a full container of mocha under that side bar. your place of emloyment, you spend more time at work than you do at home, you know when the toilet paper is put on upside down. I go to help myself, like day prior, and was assaulted by second new guy, with semi facial hair - grabs mocha container from me, while I was spooning it into my cup, rather abrasively. I stated, 'don't want to loose a customer, do you?' he answers, we're not worried about loosing one customer. I said, dude, don't appreciate being lied to, and you don't have to assault me. only want what I paid for - the powder is here, it should be on the bar. don't get pissed at me cause I want what starbucks sold me, what I paid for.\r I'm full aware of cleanliness, sterility, ... but, if a customer has to go so far, as to have to help him/her-self to obtain what they came to starbucks for, dont' get mad at them. You, my man, are NOT doing YOUR job. This, is what starbucks sells, THIS is why I'm here. Get over it. get over yourself. Do your job. And, lucky I didn't have my cell phone on - if I'd have taped that assault, you'd be in jail right now. \r never going back. worst starbucks. you could have given me a cup of powder to spoon from. no, you CHOSE to lie to me.\r I now, go to Dunkin Donuts, who put it all in for you, at your asking - mocha powder, sugar, yellow packets .... You want more, they give you more. You want less, they give you less. And, the cups are bigger. They also don't assault you. They'd probably turn the toilet paper around, too !!!!\r I am most sorry, for the rest of the staff - the 'day one'er's. ... who, understood why a customer has gone out of their way, to come to a starbucks. To them, I tipped the change of a ten dollar bill, for being professionals.\r \r Yes - it IS true. I encourage EVERYONE who insists on going to THiS starbucks, to demand mocha powder, when you go to dress your coffee, and it is NOT at the side bar. If it isn't there, demand it - get names, and complain to corporate.\r \r BYE>
