Jason Serot from internet sales and Ada the finance person really took care of me. At no time did I feel any pressure from them to purchase a vehicle nor was there any repeated or shady attempts at trying to up sell anything that I hadn't asked for. I was literally able to sit side by side with Jason in figuring out my contract/sales price and really felt like he was being completely honest with me regarding all the numbers. Heck, I ended up buying my car for ~$3k below invoice without any haggling. Although he did scheme me a little bit on my trade-in by leaving out some options for the Blue Book value, which was my fault for not paying attention. All-in-all, Jason seems like a good guy and very easy to work with. Give him a call if you're looking for a new BMW!
