I lived at Marina Pointe for 18 months. Great area to live in but constantly had issues with noise, lasting well into the night. \r

Upon move out in October, I am still (1/2008) waiting for my security deposit. I will now be filing a claim in Small Claims Court. \r
\r
There are plenty of nice apartments in the area. Save yourself the headache; don't rent from Marina Pointe Apartments.
Pros: Nice area
Cons: Noise; students coming and going all night. Dogs constantly barking.
