Pratt Electronics provide very poor customer services. \r

Pratt came for a service call to repair a television for some college students. Clearly took advantage of young minds and removed two parts from the television set. He also charged them the cost to order the replacement parts and has never been heard from again. \r
\r
The student have sought out other repair people and have been told that there would be substantial fee for another technician to come out and there is no guarantee that the product would be properly services because of uncertainty regarding the parts removed. \r
\r
At this time Pratt Electronics is completly non-responsive and this has been over a month in duration. The mailbox is full and it is horrifying to think someone would go to such measure at deceiving our youth. \r

Very poor execution of customer services. Not reliable would not recommend or do business with him or any other person associated with him as well... -5 Stars
