We lived there for about a year and a half. During that time, we had lots of mold problems that weren't resolved, poor carpet and paint, outdated appliances, management who were snobby, unresponsive, and rude in general, incompetant maintenence, exhorbitant fees (including being charged by NW&P for ""gas"", when nothing in the complex uses gas - and with bills averaging $150), rent increases every year (for what, no one knows), horrible 'bog"" smell from the inlet (smells like a dead body or something) when there is low tide, and general unwillingness to work with you when you leave. Case in point - we bought a house before the market turned, and even though we were 1/2 way thru our year long lease, we did not expect the hassle of moving out with them. Be forwarned - if you break your lease, they will try to exact the full dollar amount remaining thru a suspicous ""demand"" letter that appears to be a bill. What you don't know is that at the same time, they'll try to rent out the place. In other words, attempting to collect double rents behind your back. All in all, worst apartment living experience ever. Pros: Close to work (barely a pro) Cons: Poor management, poor maintenece, smell, mold, inadequate living conditions, high fees
