Businiess name:  Charlie Brown's Steakhouse

Review content:
Two weeks ago my parents and I went to Charlie Brown's at 1:30pm for a quick lunch. You can say we are frequent customers because of their salad bar until this one visit. \r \r We walked in the door and were greeted by Joan, this older lady. She tells us that she has to seat us downstairs by the bar because upstairs is full. Being that the salad bar was upstairs and that’s what we wanted, we said we would wait for a table. 5 minutes went by, after over hearing Joan talk to this man about how she’s going on a week long vacation in Ireland, the manager came down the stairs and asked if we were waiting to be seated. \r \r We go “yes, we want to eat upstairs but the lady said it was packed."" So the manager brings us upstairs and long and behold, there were at least 12 empty tables. ""Packed eh?"" The manager felt bad, so she went to get us drinks. \r \r After being seated we saw that old lady Joan walk up the stairs to seat this older couple. My mother asked her why she didn’t want to seat us upstairs. She points her finger in my mothers face and screams ""you people don't don’t sit where ever you want, I sit you people where ever I want to sit you."" We were flabbergasted! I never saw my father so upset before in my whole entire life. The manager came out with our drinks and we told her what happened. She apologized and said she would speak to her and then comp’ed our meal. \r \r Being an Asian American I NEVER felt so belittled in my life. I have to eat downstairs by the bar with the other workers because I'm ASIAN? Granted they have a lot of Asian help here but there’s a fine line between workers and customers. No one should be treated like that.\r \r So I complained to the head quarters thinking maybe they would take action. \r \r Do you know what I got in the mail two days ago? A $10 gift card from the President of the company and a letter saying that they are going to use this experience in future training. WTF!\r \r First off, why would I want a 10 dollar gift card from an establishment that has bias workers? Secondly, what the hell am I going to do with a $10 gift card? Do you think I am ever going to go back there? Don’t you think it’s insulting “here’s $10 gift card to make up for our employees bias remarks towards you and your family.” Third, where is the justice? Why isn’t this bias old lady being fired? \r \r Obviously upper management doesn’t care about racism. Who knows? Maybe the President of the company agrees with JOAN the OLD LADY. Maybe that’s why he gave us a $10 dollar gift card and no resolution to this matter.\r \r I think I might take the gift card, send it back and tell them to shove it up their asses. \r \r This is their statement on their website \r “No matter where we call home, you can expect the same friendly service, great value and delicious food you've come to expect each and every day of the week. So stop in today for a dining experience like no other because Charlie Brown's is your kind of steakhouse.”\r \r Friendly Service --- HA HA\r \r That bias old lady Joan should be fired and …………\r \r I can’t believe there are still people like her in this world. It’s disgusting.\r Cons: watch out for this lady named Joan, she's a bias!!!
