Businiess name:  Smithwick Well Drilling & Pump Service

Review content:
We have had nothing but problems with Smithwick Well. Our water stopped working one morning and though he was quick to respond, our happiness with this company stops there. \r \r Over the next 6 weeks we had to have him out 4 more times. Each time they claimed something ""new"" was the problem, but it was all still related to the original problem. A full inspection of the well and pump were not even done until the third visit. On the 5th visit out, we asked that the leaking, cracked coupling be replaced at no charge, since the only way to break this piece is to tighten too much and this was one of the items they ""fixed"" last time. The parts for this particular job cost less than $20 at ACE and they wanted to charge us $175 for parts and labor to fix something THEY screwed up in the first place. In all, we have ben charged more than $1500 over 4 visits and the problem still persists. \r \r Guess work and shoddy workmanship - steer clear.
