Review content:
Please believe me when I say this is the WORST place to take your clothes to have them altered. I have been the perfect customer to this place for about 8 months. I visit their store for alterations about twice a month. I recently took a brand new pair of white pants to have them altered. They came back with bleach and grease spots in the area that was altered. I returned to the store to ask what they could do about it, thinking they would at least offer to clean them. No. I was called a liar and told there was no way they did these stains. At that point I asked to see the bridesmaid dress which was also being altered. When she brought it out, it has spots as well. She still called me a liar and said that these spots may have already been there before...even though the dress was still in plastic and had the tags on it and had never been worn. She did offer to clean it while saying they didn't do it. I told her I would just go ahead and take it in fear of more stains appearing. She charged me the full $72 for the alterations and let me walk right out the door. As I visited the cleaners next door, I was told by other former customers of the Eurpean Alterations, how everyone complains about these ladies being rude and running a poor business. As a paying, regular customer of this business I guess I expected the same treatment in return for my business. Lesson learned.
