Kermit the property manager here at 340 N. Sam Houston Pkwy is giving the tenants here excellent services. We don't have to wait 2-3 days to fix the temp in the office. If he tells you he will shampoo the carpet the next day it's done.
He keeps his promises and he always has a smile, Again I think he is doing an excellent job just thought I'd drop you a note
