I have gone to this salon before, and they gave me highlights that turned out orange. I wanted blonde, and I told them I did not want caramel colors. I went back the next day and they repaired it, as much as they could. I decided to give them another chance a few weeks ago, and it was the worst mistake I could have made. I wanted the manager to cut my hair, and color it blond. After waiting 45 min. she pawned me off on someone else to do the color. I told her about my hair turning orange last time, and wanted blond. She said she was using bleach; I shouldn't worry about it. While I sat under the hairdryer, she cut other people's hair and finished up a few other ladies highlights. She wanted me to keep track of the time for her, and this concerned me. After she washed out the color, she got the manager over to look at it and they spoke in another language about my color. The girl told me not to be shocked, and she would use toner in it tomorrow if I wanted. My hair was yellow and strands of orange. I was so upset. The manager cut my hair terribly! I asked for an angled, layered look; she gave me a sideways, ugly haircut. I went back the next day for them to repair it. I sat in a corner with a wet head for 45 min. Three people came over to me and told me someone would be with me in a moment. I will NEVER BE BACK, EVER AGAIN! I dyed my yellow and orange hair black, and I look like A VERY UNHEALTHY, CHEAP AND UGLY PERSON! I am so upset and sick about this. Please SAVE YOURSELF, AND YOUR HAIR!!!!!!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS HELL HOLE!
Cons: Long wait with wet hair, they leave in the middle to mess up someone else's hair.
