I know the owner for at least 8 years and for she was the best until she really messed up my hair.she did once and then i said you know what? Let me give her a another chance,maybe she was having a bad day.First of all she does not listen to you .HER PROBLEM IS THAT SHE WANTS TO DO IT HER WAY...she was suposed to color and cut my hair the same way she did it before.First of all i waited for 4 hours before i sat down on that chair.I came out with a burned,wired,yellow hair that even mu husband notice when i came home.She let the bleach on my hair for too long!! Never again!
Cons: hairdresser do not listen to client and too long of a wait
