I walked in to BCG with hair the color and texture of, no word of a lie, Bozo the Clown, and a HORRID 80's hair metal cut. I couldn't take another ""attempt"" by my nice-but-inept former stylist. BCG took pity on me, restored my hair to a very pretty auburn, HELPED HEAL HEAT DAMAGE, knew how to cut curly hair (!!!), and gave me fantastic advice besides. AND she's friendly, AND she hasn't got a pretentious bone in her body. Nicole rocks. This is my seventh year of having my hair done at salons, and I've never met another stylist even close to her ability. The icing on the cake? She listens to her clients!
