I went in with a color that I hated and was depressed and crying all the time, as well as going to England three days later, Nicole took the time to make me feel that it was ok and she could fix it, which she did and I love my hair, I get compliments all the time saying it makes me look 10 years younger. Nicole is one of the best professionals I have ever met and trust me, I am very picky with my hair...I will NEVER go anywhere else. Her prices are reasonable and the salon is clean and very friendly......she is a gem.
