I 'inherited' Nicole because of a maternity leave for my previous stylist. I never looked back. She is really sharp, personable, a good listener, but also willing to encourage new ideas without piles of pressure. I've followed her to two salons, each farther from my home. She's been in Watertown for a few years, is staying put and I think making lots of her clients really happy. She can deal with many hair types, has a can-do attitude with a good outcome, and is a solid professoinal.\r
