Review content:
The times that I have been at this store I have been told several different things that I found out was pure lies. For instance:
1.) I wanted to buy an upgrade from my old prepaid phone to a new one. This store said that there was no way around a 50.00 charge even after paying for the upgrade phone. Called other T-mobile corporate stores and was told that all I had to do was buy the upgrade phone and use my old sim card as long as I have had minutes on it. So I did and checked with customer support and didn't have to pay a ""50.00 fee"".
2.) About 4 years ago I was at this very same store had problem with old prepaid phone brought it in and the staff person just toyed with it and gave me the impression they did not know what they were doing and yes they dialed customer support instead of being able to fix the issue in-store. Mind you this is supposed to be a corporate store.
3.) In the most recent of history same story with item 2. The staff toyed around with the phone instead of admitting that they didn't know what they were doing and yet again called ""customer support"" instead of fixing it in-store.
With all that said, Avoid this place very dishonest and makes up policies and requesting customers to pay fees that they do not have to pay for.
a half truth is a full lie and I won't tollerate it!
